Service engineer

Diagnostics, repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Diagnose computers, laptops, printers and multifunction devices.
  • Replace components, clean equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
  • Install software, configure equipment and provide on-site customer support.

What matters

  • Responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to communicate politely with customers.

Experience is welcome. Employment terms are discussed during the interview.

Service administrator

Customer service and order support at BEMCOMP.

Key responsibilities

  • Receive calls, messages, service requests and customer equipment.
  • Advise customers and agree on service times and costs.
  • Maintain order records and return completed equipment.

What matters

  • Clear communication, friendliness and good organization.
  • Confident use of phones and computers.
  • Attention to detail when handling documents and orders.

Technical experience is not required; training is provided.
